Who you are:
We are looking for a leader to work on and drive our Sustainable Finance Go-To-Market strategy in India and APAC; someone who is super passionate about the intersection of ESG, finance and technology. You are customer obsessed and have attention to details when it comes to understanding what the customer wants. You have a deep understanding of the sustainable finance market, significant experience in servicing asset managers/owners and VC/PE firms, and a passion for sustainability and responsible investment. You will be working very closely with the founders, product management and the commercial team

You will be working with a team tackling complex problems when it comes to ESG data both for investors and enterprises. You will also be working with a team that is diverse in terms of functional knowledge, culture and skillset. Credible is a fast-growing company headquartered in San Francisco with a global presence and office in London, Pune and satellite office in Mumbai and Dubai. The company is led by founders and serial technology entrepreneurs Jitesh Shetty, Parth Patil and Sushil Choudhari.
What you’ll DO:
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our sustainable finance data solutions across APAC including India, focusing on our key market segments: Corporates with BRSR reporting mandate, GRI signatories, Net Zero signatories, asset managers, asset owners, and VC/PE firms.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes in the APAC, India and national jurisdictions relating to sustainable finance and ESG disclosures, with particular attention to their impact on our target market segments.
• Work cross functionally with product management and commercial teams to execute on these GTM strategies.
• Co-Own existing APAC and India customer accounts and work with Clevel on the customer side to do regular QBRs and continue to make the partnership successful.
• Co-Own and drive the P&L for APAC and India, define and own the key commercial KPIs for these regions.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, preferably in the regulatory tech, ESG, finance, fintech, or sustainability sector.
• Deep understanding of sustainable finance, ESG investing, and related regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in serving and understanding the needs of Compliance officers, Chief financial officers and Sustainability Managers.
• Working experience with ESG frameworks and standards specifically BRSR, GRI and CDP
• Experience building and mentoring a commercial team in APAC and India.
• Startup mindset – resourceful and an attitude to get things done. A demonstrated experience of “bias to action”.
