Sales Development Representative

What we are looking for

We are looking for an energetic, curious, well-spoken sales development representative to assist our sales team in expanding our customer base. The sales development representative’s responsibilities include generating potential leads, qualifying potential deals, delivering our value proposition, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.

To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, research, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and “hunter” skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Apollo, HubSpot & cold calls, to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

 

Who you are

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
